Do you protect the homeowner’s property when painting?
Yes, our house painters cover all areas with plastic, drop cloths, masking paper and tape.
Do you give advice for house painting color selection?
Yes, we can give you expert advice on what house painting colors to choose but we encourage our customers to choose the colors they like best and make the final decisions. Customers also have the option to test sample house painting colors on their walls.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we do require a deposit at the start of any project that we do. You are required to pay the balance in full upon completion of your project. Payment plans can be arranged if asked for prior to the contract signing of the project.
When can you start a job?
Our house painters can usually begin work within a couple weeks, depending on the schedule, please let us know in advance if you require your project to be done within a certain time frame so we are sure to keep our schedule as clear as possible for your specific project.
How soon can you finish a job once you’ve started?
Most house painting jobs can be finished within a week. There may be extenuating circumstances such as the property is above average size, there is a very contrasting color or color scheme change or there are issues with the weather.
Do you provide touch up paint after painting is finished?
Yes, in most cases Anchorage Painting and Drywall will provide touch up paint if you are within your paint warranty period.
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes, Anchorage Painting and Drywall of Alaska provides a warranty with every paint job that we do in Alaska. There may be some some exceptions, to your specific warranty but those will be discussed with prior to your paint job beginning.
What type of paint do you use?
Our painting company uses different types of painting materials depending on the job, the condition of the surfaces being painted and of course customer preference. We only use the best materials for our painting projects and all of our material comes with a manufacturer warranty as well as a labor warrant from Anchorage Painting and Drywall.
